About the Children's Support

THE CHILD PLAN

This is something we have been doing over the past decades; helping school going children and non-going ones to be enrolled in basic schools for education, help in their financial demands…. However, for the past 3 years, it has been intensified and currently as we are speaking, we have over 30 children we are helping in life circumstances, some beneficiaries have got admissions into the tertiary level of education. Though we are not helping such ones fully, however a significant help had been offered, for example, buying of learning materials for school, seldom payment of full or part payment of their school fees, provision of school uniforms and among others.

We started this when upon surgery, we saw that when the prime targets of our NGO, that is, the AGED are helped, they tend using this little help or gain to cater for their grandsons and daughters, which gets back two square zero, so we thought it wise to have some level of eye and care for these young ones as well.
